Private sources revealed that the security authorities in Taiz released those accused of defrauding citizens and tampering with state lands in Mocha, a week after their arrest.

On the 11th of July, the Security Department announced the arrest of a gang consisting of six people who run a fictitious company called "Al-Zahari Real Estate Company", which concludes sales contracts for state lands in the city of Mocha to citizens.

Confirming at the time that the arrest took place after obtaining permission and approval from the Public Funds Prosecution, and based on a communication from the director of the branch of the General Authority for Lands and his deputy for Mocha and Coastal Affairs, and after a meeting with the governor of the province.

Sources revealed to "Newsyemen" that the security authorities released the defendants, on Wednesday, according to directives from the Public Prosecution, based on a complaint filed by a lawyer on behalf of the defendants, confirming the invalidity of the arrest and search procedures.

The complaint, which the site obtained copies of, alleges the existence of a statement by the research prosecutor, confirming "the arrest and inspection procedures are invalid", which contradicts the statement of the Director of the Public Funds Investigation in the security report, in which he confirmed that the seizure process took place after obtaining permission and approval from the Public Funds Prosecution. .

The sources revealed the existence of pressure exerted by influential Brotherhood leaders to release the accused, some of whom are members of the Brotherhood. They succeeded in releasing them under allegations of the invalidity of their arrest procedures.
