Sana'a, NewsYemen,

Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, the leader of the group - the Iranian arm in Yemen - turned against the alleged main goal of his group, which is to reduce the price of gasoline when it was 4,000 riyals in the year of the Houthi coup in September 2014 . Later, during the past 8 years, the average price of gasoline rose to 4 times per tank capacity 20 liters.

In a lengthy speech on the anniversary of the coup on September 21, 2014, Abdul-Malik al-Houthi continued his attempt to mislead public opinion, claiming that “continuing to defend Yemen, defeating the occupation, and preserving the identity and belonging of the Yemeni people are among the main goals” of his alleged revolution, in reference to the continuation of his wars and crimes against the Yemeni people.

In a striking disdain, al-Houthi claimed that the first achievement of his alleged revolution "is to defend the people's faith identity," illusion that those he described as the enemies of the people "wanted to remain without an identity."  Al-Houthi's speech included a series of public lies and misleading statements, claiming that the achievements of his alleged revolution were "strengthening ties between the people of the country", contrary to reality.

Among the misleading achievements, al-Houthi claimed: “Preserving state institutions and their cohesion.” These are the institutions that al-Houthi created parallel factional bodies to, disrupting their work and looting the salaries of their employees, as well as looting their revenues, assets, equipment, and service mechanisms.

Al-Houthi ignored the suffering of the population in his areas of control as a result of successive price doses in the prices of oil derivatives, electricity and water tariffs, and the high prices of basic foodstuffs, and his group converted government hospitals with free service into private hospitals, claiming one of the most important achievements of his alleged revolution was “maintaining the people’s orientation and their principled positions towards issues of  the nation, especially the Palestinian cause.

He also ignored the constitution, laws, and organizational and administrative regulations that regulate the work of ministries and institutions, calling for taking advantage of "the covenant of Imam Ali, peace be upon him, to Malik al-Ashtar in formulating the code of conduct, controls, values and ethics to bring state institutions to the required level by performing their tasks and responsibilities in serving the people in various fields."
