Sana'a, NewsYemen special:

Since its appearance, the Houthi militia has been perpetuating the myth, in order to gain absolute control over the northern regions, starting with the city of Saada, the stronghold of the "Badr al-Din al-Houthi" family, and ending with its suspicious relations with some countries in the region.

The issue of the "Khums" was one of the most important approaches that it tried to impose by force, using religious texts and features created by the Imamate over centuries of time and is still one of the effective tools in the scene.

In this context, the farmers fought an existential battle with this group, which imposed zakat levies on fruits and vegetables by force. Saada governorate is considered one of the most important food baskets that supplies the rest of the governorates with many types of crops, even the qat tree.

This was one of the aspects of disobedience against the state and the regime, starting with the six wars, which paved the way for a group that created its own grievances before it began to raise the eligibility of the mandate, which it reinforced with a series of intermittent wars.

The people of Dammaj were displaced in a way that reflected a dark future amid international silence and local inaction, which became a fait accompli before most of the political forces that abandoned their role in defending gains and freedom of coexistence.

With those advances and wars waged by the militia and with the generous support of the Iranian regime and some countries in the region, which has not stopped until now, this arm was able to impose itself as a guardian over the Yemeni people, even in waging and stopping wars.

Regional countries, including Qatar, were the largest incubator of the Muslim Brotherhood and one of the regimes that encouraged the militia to rise, with the aim of overthrowing the regime before the so-called “Arab Spring” revolutions came to end the hopes for positive transformations in a sovereign country and an Arab environment that suffers from great problems as a result of the wealth and friendships that it enjoys.  It links it with the major countries and endless conflicts.

Those events and the start of a new phase in 2015 transformed the country into a vast arena of conflict, in which Britain, America, Iran, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates attended. The attendance took many forms, whose image is clear today through negotiations and an attempt to restore the country from the hands of the Houthis;  Those who turned the north into a fiefdom run by the Iranian regime and the Lebanese Hezbollah, which sent ambassadors and experts across the sea and with the help of the United Nations through some flights from the Sultanate of Oman.

The latter played a negative role in the political process, embracing a number of Brotherhood leaders, supporting them politically and in the media, in cooperation with Qatar and Iran, along with prominent Houthi leaders, and becoming an unreliable mediator for many Yemenis.

The strategic and qualitative weapons continued to flow through the Shahr border crossing and the Arabian Sea, in conjunction with negotiations and meetings that did not promise the Yemenis anything new, making the militia a political force and an existing authority that negotiates with everyone and kills citizens without fear of any punishment.

These data confirm that the death of the political and religious myth planted by the militia over the past years is completely linked to the restoration of the state and its institutions, which is what observers and citizens are waiting for.

The most important thing is to push for a popular awakening and a real revolution of awareness in order to fight a fateful battle that determines the future of the country, the two sides of which will be living forces of the people and political entities that have a strategy and have complete tools for confrontation, in Ma’rib, Al Dhale’, Al Jawf, Al Hudaydah, Taiz and Al Bayda, provided that the ranks are united and the road ahead of the Houthi sectarian project is cut off.  Based on the state system, and the exclusion of all political components.

Until the moment, indicators still confirm that the process of change requires great time and effort from all opposing parties, including the Presidential Council, which was recently formed to face challenges with the support of the Arab coalition and the blessing of many political forces.
